888X Hail & Collision is a fully Rivian Certified facility — a Rivian Certified Collision Center (R1T & R1S passenger vehicles), Rivian Certified Fleet Center (commercial EDV / delivery vans), and Rivian Calibration & Diagnostic Center. We're authorized to repair Rivian vehicles to exact factory specifications using genuine Rivian parts and Rivian-approved procedures and equipment. The Fleet Center (EDV) certification is held by only a small number of shops nationwide — it covers the commercial delivery vans used by Rivian's fleet partners. We're also experienced with Tesla EV repair and hold Ford Authorized Aluminum Body certification, directly relevant to aluminum-intensive EV builds.
